Since starting Posh Peony in 2005, I've been able to grow and scale my floral business over the years. With very little support and resources, it was not always a easy road and I often found myself frustrated and lost. I wanted to create a conference that would serve as the catalyst for savvy marketers, businesses, and floral entrepreneurs around the world to easily build the strategies, relationships, and expertise they need to implement strategies to rapidly accelerate business growth and sustainability.

Katie is an internationally acclaimed florist based in Salem, Oregon. Since founding Ponderosa & Thyme in 2011, Katie has become known for her luxurious and textural designs inspired by nature, incorporating locally foraged, unique, and sensory plants into each arrangement. In addition to creating florals for intimate weddings, Katie and her team host incredible workshops worldwide for florists and other creatives to explore the art of floral design. 


Lavenders Flowers

Janelle is constantly in nature. Her organic style and unconventional mediums reflect her native California and the natural beauty it has to offer-her style is raw and organic, creative, and natural. Her passion is sustainability and locally sourced materials. During her time in Italy, Janelle studied color theory, design, sculpture & painting but also a sense of adventure and the thrill of seeking out beauty in the natural world. Her experiences there inspired much of what she now applies to her arrangements.  


Jessica Zimmerman Events

Jessica is the woman behind Zimmerman Events. Her floral designs have been featured in People magazine, and she was recently named top wedding planner by Southern Living magazine.She’s built a multi-faceted, seven figure business in just seven years. She is known for pulling the curtain all the way back on your business journey and sharing it all. Jessica wholeheartedly believes life is about so much more than working all the time. And in the end? She’s a mom first, boss second.  


Cece Designs

Cece is the self-proclaimed queen of pink, an award-winning and renowned floral designer, and third generation entrepreneur. Her company, CeCe Designs, has enjoyed features with Style Me Pretty, Magnolia Rouge, among others. She also runs CeCe Décor which specializes in rentals and Create, a luxury collaborative workspace that brings together creatives in the wedding industry. A mentor and speaker, CeCe has been invited to share her expertise on the national stage at such prolific conferences as Wedding MBA, Inspire Retreat and a number of local floral associations throughout the nation.  


Posh Peony

Cristina is owner and Chief Creative Officer at Posh Peony and has always had a love and passion for all things floral and design. Over the years, she has built her passion from the ground up to what is now a multiple six-figure business with no formal training or education. She has grown and scaled her business which has allowed her to pursue her love of teaching in the event industry. Today, she continues to provides full-service design and educational workshops at a local and international level while enjoying being a wife and mother. Through Fleursociety, she is able to empower floral designers and entrepreneurs on how to build better businesses  


GT Marketing + Consulting

Greg brings a vast knowledge and a proven record of success in both marketing and in the floral business alongside his wife Cece Todd of Cece Designs. His varied background in marketing, sales, and leadership allow him to relate and understand the pressures of small business owners, media buyers, and non-profit administrators.  

Ultimately, Greg sees his role as a partner with each client. He will work diligently to ensure that customers reach their personal goals by offering content marketing, brand development, and social media integration and optimization.  


Blush Botanicals

Alexandra is the founder and owner of two successful event floral design companies, Blush Botanicals, which is a respected, well known brand in the luxury wedding market, and Parker & Posies, which she launched in 2016, quickly netting six figures after just two years of being in business. With her now decade of experience in the floral world, she has found her calling as a coach and mentor, serving other floral creatives and aiding them in reaching success.  


The Creative Spring

Andrea is an Operations Manager and Integrator and owner of The Creative Spring, which helps creative businesses implement systems and software. By assessing current operations and workflows, she is able to teach entrepreneurs how to use the best-in-class software to automate admin tasks, and creating action-oriented plans that create accountability, improve productivity, and increase their ability to scale and grow. She was also formally a floral designer and owner her own business for 9 years before starting her consulting business which she has 12 years experience in. 


Intrigue Designs 

Sarah is a renowned wedding expert having launched multiple wedding businesses. In her early 20’s Sarah found her calling in the wedding industry and founded a thriving event planning firm and later she launched Intrigue Design & Décor, concentrating on weddings and social events. Sarah has become a leader in the industry being called upon by a variety of media sources such as NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX as well as a number of magazines, blogs and newspapers. Sarah’s excitement for weddings and her passion for design is apparent the moment you meet her. She openly shares her talent and knowledge through speaking, workshops and classes designed specifically for the wedding industry.  



Ryan is a thought leader in the floral industry and is keen to share all the potholes he hit along the way of building his companies. Ryan and his wonderfully-creative wife, Rachael, founded Twisted Willow Design in St. Louis, Missouri as a wedding-focused floral company. From that experience, Ryan created Curate, the market-leading software platform that helps manage all the moving pieces of floral events. Ryan has personally spoken with thousands of florists since starting Curate and is a constant source of candid advice about the industry. He’s the lead contributor to The Business Of Events blog that shares all the details of how he and his wife started their shop and grew it into a lifestyle business.

Fleursociety Online Summit will be an immersive and invaluable experience taking place over two action-packed days.
